We don’t do a ton of decorating for Christmas, but we do get lights up outside and do some lights and a smallish tree inside, plus put around some festive tchotchkes. And I spent the rest of the day knitting and watching Marvel movies 🙂 How was your Black Friday? Did you do any shopping?… Continue reading And Welcome to the Christmas Season
Hope that everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We had a virtual get together with my DH’s family, and had our usual homemade pizza for dinner 🙂 Very thankful to have my Mom here with us, and other family member safe at their homes as well.
No socks to report on today, so I thought I’d throw in on Monday Notebooks, which nanacathy posts about somewhat regularly, and Kath at Backstage Knits recently posted about as well. Like many other people’s, my notebook/note taking routines got thrown into turmoil earlier this year, and I’ve just now gotten a new routine more… Continue reading Monday Notebooks

The skirt is moving along really well! It doesn’t look like much of anything other than static at this point,… Continue reading Wednesday WIPs
First thing first – my Haunted socks are done! The original intent was to make these much longer socks – maybe even knee length. But in the end I just couldn’t face making them any longer. Well, that just means I have pretty much of this yarn leftover, which will be pretty great for something!… Continue reading Sock It To Me Monday: Haunted and Iceland
Well, the knitting part, anyway. The felting part is yet to be done, but that will be the recipients’ job 🙂 All I need to do now is write up the felting instructions and mail them off. On to the next project!
