DH’s new gray socks are finished!

I didn’t use a pattern, just my usual method – two at a time, toe up. The yarn is Lang Yarns HoroscopeOne Twin Silk 4 play superwash in the Gemini colorway. It feels good to have something finished!
Aaaaand a little more sock modeling action

What are you working on these days, and how is it going?
You don’t even use a pattern, I am impressed! Nice socks!

Thanks! I have a book that helps you calculate sort of a recipe for making socks for your foot measurements. Once you have made them a couple of times you can just go.

You are very kind! There are other knitters who are much more expert at socks than I am though 🙂

That yarn looks perfect for men’s socks.

It does work really well for men – gray seems to be acceptable 🙂

As usual, no knitting is going on, but lots of sewing!

Hooray for finished socks! These look great, and nice and cozy.
I’m nearly done with the cowl I’ve been working on for a while, and hopefully I’ll have an FO post for it this week. We’ll see if I manage to get it finished or if I get distracted by something else.

Those gray socks are almost purple, and I love the gradient-ness of them. Well done!
I’m knitting round and round on as assigned pooling cowl.

There is definitely a purple sheen to parts of the gradient – I do like this colorway!
Your assigned pooling cowls are looking lovely!

Thank you! I’m ready to move on to something that’s not assigned pooling soon. I have a short attention span!
