I started my Halloween socks for this year!

This entire project is from deep in the vaults. The pattern is Fright Night by Lara Smoot, who took all of her patterns off the market a few years about, so I’m glad I bought it when I did. The gray sparkle yarn was dyed by Skeins in the Stacks, a local-ish librarian who stopped dyeing yarn a few years ago. And I don’t honestly know where the orange and black are from, other than the scraps bin. But it’s a cute pattern and I like the yarn, so here goes!
Woo! 🎃

Those are going to be great. I’ve never knit colorwork socks before. Do you go up a needle size?

I hope so! You should try it – I think you will have fun with it 🙂 I don’t generally, though I might for these since there’s just a band of colorwork at the top.
