Even though things are cooling down a bit, we just had a week of mixed rain and sun that our flowers really seemed to enjoy 🙂 They are blooming away!

DH Socks Done!
I got the last little bit of DH’s socks done this evening! He then engaged in a little sock modeling: Well, they fit OK and he had fun with it, so why not? These are my usual no-pattern toe up socks, and the yarn is Katla Icelandic lambswool sokkaband.
Sock It To Me Monday: Missed by THIS Much
I am SO close to finishing DH’s socks! SO CLOSE! But now it’s 11 pm and I have to go to work tomorrow, and it’s just not happening tonight. Tomorrow is another day! Do you ever stay up late trying to finish things for no good reason at all?

Saturday Start
I got my Lustrous Shawl started today, and got one pattern repeat done! This is a lovely pattern and lovely yarn, and though I’m barely into it at this point, I’m enjoying this knit 🙂 How is your weekend going? Getting much relaxing in?

Sock It To Me Monday
I turned the heel on DH’s socks yesterday, so now it’s straight up the legs until I run out of yarn or get bored! They are kind of hard to photograph because of the color and because I didn’t get too much farther than the heels. Hopefully much more progress by next Monday!
