Making decent progress on my Shelly Summer Top! I’m almost, but not quite, halfway done with the first side. It is a pretty easy knit – it’s just one of the variants of Feather and Fan, otherwise known as Old Shale, so it’s pretty straightforward. As you can probably see, the yarn is pooling a bit, but I’m finding I don’t mind it at all 🙂 How are your projects going?
The way the colour is pooling is working so well with the pattern. If it was zigzagging it would detract but this is enhancing the pattern. It reminds me of the colour of the sea on some of Scotland’s north coast beaches.

Love those colors. What is the fiber content?

It is 50/50 bamboo and cotton – really nice yarn!

It looks great!
I’m so happy to have started my vest but I’m sure I’ll be tired of dark gray worsted wool in the heat before too long;)

But then you’ll have a great vest for when it cools down 🙂

Husband’s socks are done. Hoo-rah for that. Gonna knit a few rows on my shawl and maybe start the second sleeve of my nephew’s cardigan OR cast on a sock for myself!
