One project ends, the next begins!

Next up is Yawl by Amy Herzog. I got this as a Custom Fit pattern a few years ago, and am happy to finally be making it! The yarn I am using is Noro Silk Garden Solo in Light Gray (02). It is working up really quickly – yay for big yarn and big needles! It is Aran weight, and I am using US 7s, which is huge compared to most of my recent projects.
Hope you are having a weekend!!
Is it my iPad screen or does the grey yarn have some hints of teal in it? It looks like it will be nice and warm.

I didn’t have a Saturday start but I did have a Saturday Sit Down and Have a Long Knit whilst the husband went to visit his Mum on his own!

Agreed! It’s nice to just knit things up quickly sometimes!

I usually knit fingering-weight (or even lace-weight) yarn, so projects in worsted are such a nice change with how fast they go!
