My Fright Night socks are almost done!
I have just a few inches of ribbing to go, and my 2021 Halloween socks are finished!
Very happy with how the little bats turned out!
The pattern is Fright Night by Lara Smoot – it doesn’t seem to be for sale any longer, which is why there’s no link. Also no link for the yarn – it is all scraps and a nameless skein from my mystery bin, though it is all working out pretty well 🙂

Oh, my! Those are so freaking cute!! Are the eye made of beads? The pattern seems easy enough to chart out for those who are so inclined. How many stitches did you cast on?

The eyes are beads 🙂 That wasn’t the original design, but I thought they might be cute, so there they are! You are right – it would not be hard to chart out for anyone who wanted to. I have biggish feet, so 64 stitches.

Yeah, it’s unfortunate. I hate to see when designers with cute pieces stop selling their work. I hope it wasn’t something she felt forced into for whatever reason.
