I did buy the needles, and what a difference it has made!
So much easier to knit this thing without worrying about the stitches falling off the needle ends! My LYS came to the rescue and had the right size needles for both my project and my Moms – double win!

More needles are always the answer 😉 I really need to get some needle end things that fit all my DPNs… You’d think I’d have learnt my lesson by now!
