Not much to report on the knitting front. We had a lot of little errands to run and things to do today, so did not get as much knitting done as I wanted to. Hopefully tomorrow will be a quiet, knit-filled day!
What I did get done is a few more repeats on the Falling Leaves brioche scarf.

I have two more repeats to go, then a tubular cast off, which is new to me. So that’ll be several new things I’m learning with this one project. Score!
The Boost Your Knitting Book recently arrived, which takes away the surprise reveal of each month’s project, but does let me get ready for what’s coming a bit in advance. After looking at the rest of the projects for the program, there’s only one more technique I want to learn – marlisle. All the other techniques are things I’m pretty comfortable with already. So that is a bit of a break in my knitting schedule for the rest of the year!
Beautiful work! I’m still mulling over the blackberry cowl. 😆

Marlisle? Now I have to look that up. The Brioche is lovely.

Marlisle is where you knit with two strands of yarn – sometimes you hold both together, sometimes you knit with just one or the other. It’s a neat technique!
