The knitting part is done! It will probably get blocked tomorrow night, then there’s just the pattern and photo stuff. Whew!
I was looking at this one next to the two others of this design I have knitted, and I’m pretty happy with it. The pattern should have lots of options and flexibility, and directions for further customization.
And good thing too. I am pretty tired of knitting it over and over again! I generally knit things once, and that’s mostly it. Before trying designing this year, I rarely knit the same pattern more than once.
Do you have go-to patterns that you reknit often? Or do you like to do different things?

I normally knit a pattern once. It has to be something very special or a request for me to knit it twice or more.

It looks beautiful. I knit the same sock patterns time after time, because they are easy to memorize and I can take them with me. Other projects I make once and never make again.

I’m similar in that – I have a plain sock that I knit by a formula, and that is mostly what I knit 🙂 Otherwise, novelty is the thing!

I reknit baby things, but not usually adult things. But then again, I have made the Willow Cowl 3 times, so eh. LOL

Once is good, but a lot of times when designing I’ll knit a second time and perfect the little things that I’m not quite happy with. More than twice? Very rarely.
