Making reasonable progress on the Apple Swizzle hat. Not as much as I would like, but there have been distractions. All yarny ones, so it’s fine, but it does slow things down a little.
Anyway! Dip stitches are not hard at all, as it turns out. It’s another one of those things that you have to pay attention a bit more, but it is pretty straightforward. Here’s where I am so far with it…

A plainer yarn might show off the stitches a little better, but this is looking OK so far! This is one pattern repeat – one or two more, then it decreases to the crown. I am going to try it on after two repeats. The example hat is a little baggy, which is not my favorite hat shape. But anyway, moving along!
How are your projects going?

I love that yarn. So pretty! I can’t even think about wearing a wool hat right now. It’s so hot and humid where I live.

Oh, I’m not going to be wearing it for a good long while 🙂 It’s just this month’s project in a year long knitting club I joined. It’s getting warm here too!
