My cowl design is coming along reasonably well! I had to rip back and try different things a couple of times, but that is OK. It has been an interesting process so far.
I still have a bit to go, but not too much more. The first Year of Techniques project came out today, but I’m making myself finish this first. I will finish this one and write up the pattern, then do the YoT projects. I’d like to do this one a few more times in different yarns to see if I can think of any refinements and also see how it looks in different fibers.
So almost kind of done with round one!

Confession time: I also signed up for YOT. I looked at the list and felt I needed to learn some things! Since Knitting Season ended I felt it was ok. Your cowl looks lovely! I finished mine yesterday. It’s blocking now.

Cool – we can be YOT buddies! It does really look like a great list of things to be learned 🙂 Yes, with Knitting Season ending early it did open up some time. It will likely overlap a bit if /when KS picks back up, but I suspect the projects will be small enough that it shouldn’t be too much of a problem. Thank you 🙂 I’m excited to see yours – it is such a neat design!
