Sorry for the long radio silence – there have been a few things going on with me. Last week, DH and I took a wonderful road trip to South Dakota (and a little bit of Wyoming). So much more about that in the next few posts.

Also, I started graduate school. I didn’t want to post about it until I was a little way in and sure I was going to be able to keep up. It’s been quite a while since my last go-round with formal schooling, so I was a little unsure of myself. However, it’s all coming back and everything is going pretty well!
In other news, I have gone totally crazy with new cast-ons! More about that tomorrow 🙂
Good to see you back!

Welcome back, and best of luck with grad school! I know what you mean about not being sure you can keep up with schooling after so many years. I’ve considered grad school—and rejected it partly due to those same concerns.

Thank you! I appreciate it! My first graduate degree was in my mid 20s and I was living an entirely different life from now. I don’t know that it’s easier or harder now that I’m getting into it. Just different 🙂

Different makes sense! I never did grad school (stopped with a BA) but I can see that studying now would be very different from when I was in my late teens / early 20s.
