Wednesday WIPs

I have been making a lot of progress on my two (2) current WIPs! My Shark Tooth Tee (Ravelry link) is moving along pretty nicely. I put the body on hold for a few days and finished the sleeves and neckline, so that part is done. The good thing there is that now I know how much yarn I have to work with as far as the length of the top. I’m pretty sure I can finish it in the next couple of weeks, so there will still be plenty of summer left to wear it!

My other current WIP is my Homage to the Granny square afghan. There are too many squares now to show them all, so here are all the ones in the current block type, which is small popcorns.

I have a lot left to do on this afghan, but now that I am down to two WIPs, I think it will all go somewhat faster. The class runs for quite a few more weeks, but I think I can finish by the end!

What are you working on, and how is it going?

  1. Oh, I love the crocheted popcorns! They look super cute in those squares.

And your shark tooth tee is coming along swimmingly! I hadn’t realized that the lace on the front was just a panel (I thought it was an all-over design) but I like it a lot better this way than I had originally imagined.
