My Mom’s Latvian Christmas mittens are done! They took a while to finish, but I am happy with how they turned out. Mom is too – right after I wove in the last end, she put them on and walked away with them. They haven’t been blocked, and I suspect they won’t be. And that is OK! I’m glad she likes them.
The pattern and kit are by Hobby Wool, purchased from The Woolly Thistle.
Next up, some nice plain socks!
