So close! I am a thumb tip away from being done with my Mom’s Christmas mittens. They fit her really well, are nice and thick and warm, and have turned out pretty OK 🙂
If all goes as planned, this time next week I will be back to Sock It To Me Monday with a new project, but we shall see.

They’re so beautifully made, well done! I tend towards bigger projects but I’ve been considering a first pair of socks and a second pair of gloves.

These look great! I think my favorite small project to make are fingerless mitts—they’re usually so quick and can use any weight yarn, depending on the pattern.

When you are knitting them do you look at them and sing a little song to yourself about what a good knitter you are? If you don’t, I highly suggest giving it a try.
