Still moving along on both the same projects! Powdermill is progressing slowly but surely
The first of Mom’s Christmas mittens is done except for the thumb, and I’ve got a good start on the second.
I’m waiting to see how much of the accent yarns I have left after the second mitten is done. I’d like to do them in pattern, but we shall see if there’s enough red and green to do that. These won’t be done by Christmas, but she is OK with a temporary IOU, so that is good 🙂
What are you working on and how is it going? Are you making any Christmas presents? If so, are you sprinting to Christmas eve, or are they already done?
Quite A Yarn 
Those mittens will be worth the wait! I typically dont knit for Christmas, but managed one project quite by chance. It is done and ready for wrapping. I can’t bear the thought of knitting under pressure.

I seem to alternate years of lots of knitted gifts, and then none. I’m in one of the “none” years. 😉 So right now I’m just knitting stuff for me! Though shortly I’ll be starting in on next year’s gift knitting.

I’m in too warm an area to be able to wear knitted socks more than a few months each year, so I knit them for family members also because otherwise I’d have way too many pairs of socks. 😉
