Project

Some Actual Knitting!

I have gotten a little knitting done, in the midst of all the house excitement.

My Halloween Cat sweater is coming along pretty well! I just have to do the sleeves and the steek, and it’s done! And sew on the buttons, but that won’t take long πŸ™‚

Because I can only work on a single project for so long, I started a Halloween Doodle cowl, using the Scream Queens yarn set from Fangirl Fibers.

It doesn’t look like much yet, but I think it will turn out cute πŸ™‚

How about you? What are you working on and how is it going?

  1. The caaaaats! It looks fantastic. I’m in a real slump – I’m finished knitting my sweater but it needs blocked and photographed and I just… I haven’t had the energy at. all.

  2. These both look great! I NEVER have just one project on the needles at once, so I know what you mean. I got distracted lately with finishing up my felt snowflake kit, but I want to get back to knitting my sweater (which is new) and my shawl (which is nearing the end) and my crocheted blanket (which is next on my “priority finish” list).

      1. It’s self-defense for me to have multiple projects on the go at once. I found from experience that if I try to be a monogamous knitter it will go fine for a while, and then I will get bored or distracted, cast on ALL THE THINGS, and be overwhelmed. πŸ˜‰ This way I can at least manage the projects I have in progress. πŸ˜€
