Yarn shop review

Fibre – Yarn Shop Visit!

I actually visited this shop a week or so ago but just hadn’t gotten around to posting about it until now.

Fibre is a great yarn shop in the nearby town of Neenah. They have a fantastic variety of yarns, books, and notions. The yarns are arranged by fiber type – a section each for superwash wool, untreated wool, cotton, and blends. And each section is then arranged by yarn weight, from laceweight to superbulky. It is really well organized and easy to find what you are looking for. There are notions, kits, books, project ideas everywhere you look.

The staff and customers alike were friendly and helpful. And the place was pretty busy, which is why there aren’t more pictures.

I left with only a little stash enhancement and two magazines. The yarn is Black Cat Fibers Nomad Sock in the Murder on Monday colorway. (I actually did not notice the colorway name until just now)

All in all, a great yarn shop! If you are even in the vicinity, I definitely recommend a stop!

Have you encountered any cool new yarn shops recently? What did you like about them?
