In addition to DH’s socks, I have two ongoing projects, both of which are moving along.

My second Burnished mitten is around halfway done. I’ve got maybe 15 more rows until the thumb separation, then the hand and thumb. I was hoping to get this done by the end of July. Maybe that will happen?

The other project is my Cemetery Drive cowl. That one is really moving! I got an unexpected length of knitting time over the weekend, and as a result got around halfway done with the colorwork part. I’ve got a good long time to get this done though, so may put it aside for the next few days to concentrate on the mittens.
What are you working on these days, and how is it going?
I bet it will feel good to finish the mittens. Your cowl is looking fab!

Those mittens look so warm and cozy! Do you wear mittens a lot in winter? I know they’re supposed to be warmer than gloves but I often feel a little helpless in them.

They are! I don’t much. Gloves are better for being able to manipulate things. But mittens are usually warmer
