This was the first year I heard about Galentine’s Day. Bill and I celebrated Valentine’s Day by having dinner with a single friend of mine. She asked me “Are you sure? Maybe you and Bill want to do something romantic.” I told her “Pffft! We’ve been married for 41 years.” I got to celebrate both Valentine’s and Galentine’s Day at one dinner! 🙂

LOL! Very efficient celebrating two holidays in one 🙂 Dave (DH) and I are mushy all the time, so we don’t really make fuss over Valentine’s Day. We think of our anniversary as our big romantic day.
