The pieces for Dolores‘ beach cover-up are done and blocking! Hopefully I will be able to get them sewn together tomorrow and done. It should go together pretty easily – there is a back, two fronts, and a hood, and it looks like pretty straightforward seaming. Well, we shall see. This is a very blingy cover-up too – sparkle yarn AND sequins!
The lace pattern is called star mesh – not intuitive when you read the directions, but I found a couple of videos online that went over it really well.
