I finished the beaded version of new shawl section 1 of earlier post fame, in the originally intended color yarn 🙂
It’s pretty sparkly in the light, which I’m having trouble capturing.
I’m juggling three projects now instead of just two, so it’s all moving a bit slower. However, the hat is a pretty small project, so I think that will be done relatively soon and I can focus back on this and Forest Weave 🙂

It is really pretty. I’ve never knit with beads before, is it difficult?

Thank you! Not so far. I am doing the method where you place beads on stitches with a little crochet hook, and it’s a little time consuming, but not difficult. I don’t know about the method where you pre-string beads and then somehow distribute them while you are knitting.
