It fit great and exactly what I wanted. It will work great with my wardrobe, and is basically perfect. Sigh! So happy!
The yarn is Ironstone Warehouse Flake Cotton, which as far as I know is discontinued. The pattern is made to my specs and measurements and gauge via Amy Herzog’s Custom Fit site.

I am always amazed when something homemade fits. There are all those horror stories about hand knitted gifts with one longer arm. Very nice and basic. Will go with just about everything.

Yes, there are definitely horror stories! I have had a few of my own 🙂 This is a piece I have been needing in my wardrobe for a while – glad it turned out!
