April has been a busy month so far! First, I went on a trip with some wonderful friends to Salem, MA for the Fiber Witch Festival.

This was a fun fiber and yarn fest with a witchy vibe. Because – Salem. We got there a day or two early so we had plenty of time to see the sites. We went on a ghost tour and a trolley tour, and also walked around quite a bit.

The fiber festival itself was pretty good! There were vendors from the Salem area and elsewhere – mostly yarn and fiber, but also witchy wares and related items. It was held in the old town hall, which is where parts of Hocus Pocus were filmed. I found some pretty nice yarn, and a few other souvenirs of Salem.

After that trip, I had a day at home, then off to Anchorage for work! I was gone for 5 days, counting the travel time. It was kind of grueling, but it was nice seeing old friends, and the work stuff went well. And then last week I recovered! So hopefully this week I will be able to catch up on everyone’s blogs and also get back to posting regularly.
What have you been up to?
I enjoyed Salem when I visited! Fun place!

Looks like you had a fun trip to Salem and bought some yarns perfect for Halloween projects. Love that you wore your cardigan with the black cats on.
