The Soft Pretzel socks are moving right along! I did try them on a little while ago, and they are fitting so far.
I’m a little way up the feet, and now is the time the pattern wants me to stop and do some math. At this point I’ve done enough knitting that the soles can function as gauge patches, so I have an accurate count on stitches per inch. I need to do the calculation to figure out where to start the gussets. So this should be interesting. That’s probably going to happen tomorrow, as it’s late.
I’m relatively certain I put in an extra row in the one cable repeat, but equally certain that it won’t matter at all to me or anyone else when they are on my feet. So I’m just letting it go.
